The Stellenbosch Hotel offered a seamless and easy check in and check out. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stellenbosch Hotel. The customer service was above and beyond - we made a mistake with our booking and arrived a day late. The reception staff was helpful and understanding and we had it all sorted in no time and with no additional cost/penalty. Needless to say, we greatly appreciated the quick fix. The location is unbeatable, we loved being walking distance from all the lovely shops and restaurants. My new favourite restaurant is undoubtedly the Stellenbosch Kitchen where we had our breakfasts - food, decor and atmosphere was lovely!

This will be my second stay and I will always return. Amazing location, friendly staff, buffet breakfast, free wifi, super clean rooms. These are the things that make this hotel extra special. I would highly recommend this hotel. Do stay more than one night (one night is just not enough) there's a lot to explore in this town.

Wonderful hotel This hotel is so lovely, we had a fabulous room off the courtyard. it had everything we needed. comfortable beds & pillows. Excellent walk in shower. We parked in the underground car park & were allowed to park a little early. All staff very friendly. Ate dinner in the restaurant which was exceptional. Breakfast had a fabulous choice & also delicious. Highly recommend.

Well located. Many attractions, Restaurants and bars within short walking distances. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful reception staff. Would I go back? For sure. Slight criticism is that breakfast could be better with regard to the buffet part. Fresh orange juice would be better than whatever they currently have as orange juice, which tasted more like orange squash. Parking is available too.
